The moment I try to play the clip or scrub forward, the picture locks on the last frame rendered and no other file can be loaded into preview and the preview image will not change until either the software crashes or I give up and force Premiere to close. In some cases, it creates small and big white squares. It generates horizontal blue and/or orange lines every few frames.
What I mean by "spot-scrub" is that if I simply click on an area of the timeline for the clip, it mostly works. I have used denoiser III to address the issue, but have run into many other issues such as picture noise and noise artifacts. They load into Premiere fine (using the Media Browser tab to import them properly), and I can spot-scrub through the first one loaded into the preview window. If it helps, I am currently having difficulty playing back or working with ANY XVAC-I MXF files from my Sony FS7. I have even used LutCalc to create a basic Sony FS7 SLOG2 LUT.Īs soon as the LUT is applied, the playback goes from fair to terrible and within moments to minutes, the software will lock up. I have used purchased LUT's, created my own in 3D LUT Creator, and used the Sony furnished LUTS for SLOG3.
